Brittney was born and raised in Angleton and has lived in Lake Jackson and West Columbia lending to her vast and intricate knowledge of the southern Brazoria County lifestyle. As a graduate of Angleton High School Brittney started her professional career as a big box customer service supervisor before transitioning into the real estate field of property management. Brittney worked her way up in multi-family residential managing from a leasing consultant to property manager before taking on other roles such as assistant business manager while working for the senior retirement living sector.

Brittney brings with her a passion for customer service, building strong client relationships, and a dedicated work ethic. Brittney decided to transition into buying and selling real estate due to her passion for helping people realize their dreams of home ownership and assisting them in finding their forever home.

My name is Madison De Los Santos and I am a licensed Real Estate agent. I started my career in the Pearland and Houston area. My previous experience and network of connections are what I contribute to being a remarkable asset to my clients. I have always had a passion for helping people. Now, I desire to help families and individuals find their dream home. As a skilled agent, I am dedicated to ensuring my clients' real estate endeavors are fundamentally successful by providing my clients with excellent services such as honesty and availability. I am a life long resident of Brazoria County. I graduated from Brazoswood High School and currently pursuing an education in Business Management with a major in Entrepreneurship. In my spare time, I coach my daughter's soccer team every fall and play soccer for the Houston Women's Soccer Association.

I am the Broker and owner of Provenzano Properties. I grew up in West Columbia, TX where I have family ties to Brazoria County that date back prior to 1904. I studied History and Education at Southwestern University, and the University of Houston Clear Lake. I came back to my home town where I taught History for 9 years and served as Senior sponsor for 6 years at Columbia Christian School. I acquired my real estate license in 2001 at which time I began working with, and learning from my Aunt who had been in the business, specializing in land and farm for 38 years. I went on to earn my Broker's license in 2004, and established my own Brokerage, Provenzano Properties. Eventually, I decided to open an office in Lake Jackson in 2011. I now have two offices to better serve our customers and clients. I have also opened a Property Management Division with advanced integrated technology programs to provide the landlords with incomparable service and access.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors. I served as President of the Brazoria County Board of Realtors for 2 years. I have been a member of Columbia United Methodist Church for 30 years.

I love people, and enjoy helping customers and clients find a home. I always put forth my best efforts to make their real estate needs and concerns a priority so that I can understand what is important to them while looking for a home, whether it be proximity to schools, church, or work, or living in the country vs the city.

I am very dedicated to the men and women who serve in the military, and their families. They have chosen to protect our land and our freedom at any cost. This is why I have founded our Patriot Program. We support Military Moms and Wives of Brazoria County by giving back to those who serve with a donation at every closing. This organization reminds these brave heroes overseas that they are appreciated, loved and not forgotten by sending packages with toiletries, goodies, phone cards, and other much needed items from their homeland.

With former expertise as an escrow agent, I have been serving both Matagorda and Brazoria county for 4 plus years in real estate.
